This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the judgment, dated 30.10.2024 in Crl.A.No.78 of 2023 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet confirming the judgment of conviction, dated 12.07.2023 in C.C.No.469 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that the petitioner is no more and died.
