Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 4th respondent relating to the impugned proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.24181/2023/v1 dated 12.01.2024 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to pay the fair compensation for the petitioner's acquired land in survey no.347/2 an extent of 50 cents from the date of award i.e., 16.11.1982 to the date of deposit of the amount i.e., 11.12.2023 with 18 percentage p.a. 2/5
