ORDER

Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is stated that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 23.07.2025 to the respondent, seeking consideration of her claim for appointment on compassionate grounds, due to death of her mother Tmt. Bharathi, who was working as a Record Clerk with the respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the records.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, disposes of this writ petition by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders on its own merits in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
