Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation dated 06.12.2019 made by the Petitioner has been rejected by the Respondent and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
