When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, as per the directions of this Court, P.Ws.2 and 3 have been cross-examined and the Suit in O.S.No.187 of 2014 is posted for further hearing.

2. Since there is progress in the proceedings pending before the Court below, this Court is not inclined to order transfer of the same. The District Munsif Court, Jayankondam, is expected to conclude the trial in O.S.No.187 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 15 working days at any point of time.

With the above observation, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.27423 of 2019 is closed.
