2. The writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to accept personal bond for the balance amount of disputed ax in lieu of payment of 25% of tax and Bank Guarantee pending disposal of the appeal before the 1st respondent.
3. Though the writ petition was admitted, no interim order was granted. By this time, the appeal itself would have been disposed of. Therefore, there is no necessity to keep this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
