ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 30.10.2024 and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the patta into the petitioner's name in respect of the property situated in Survey No.246/2A, Patta No.13, Athuvampadi, Polur Taluk,

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. The petitioner only seeks a mandamus from this Court to the 2/5

respondents to consider his application dated 30.10.2024 and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the patta in respect of the subject property.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's online application has not been considered todate. Therefore, taking note of the above request, the mandamus is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2024, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
