ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to modify an order dated 27.08.2024 passed in Rev. Appl.(W) No.64 of 2020 with respect to an observation made in paragraph No.13 of the order. In paragraph No.13, the Division Bench had stated as follows:

"13.The husband of the petitioner appears to be a court-man and wants to raise issues to keep the litigation alive under one pretext or the other to embarrass respondents 2 to 4 based on the findings against them in the order. ........."

2.The petitioner is deeply aggrieved by the categorization of him as a "court-man" and claims that, since that particular categorization has been stated, he had lost his job.

3.We are not able to understand whether the loss of the job could be directly co-related to this particular categorization in the order. At any rate, we would only clarify that the petitioner had been espousing cause of his wife for whom he had appeared as power of attorney agent and if cases were necessitated to be filed at various forums, necessarily as a power of attorney agent, he had to appear before all the forums. With that observation, we would pass no further orders in the modification petition. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed.
