ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in para No.6 [a] in Crl.OP.No.21020 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 09.09.2025 had directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the victim directly within a week and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below. However, he submit that despite the petitioners taking efforts is unable to raise the funds. He further submits that he would seeks further one week for depositing the amount and thereby the present petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended for a further period of one week to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the victim directly in Crl.OP.No.21020 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. gbi 25-09-2025
