for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the various representation dated and remainder on 15.04.2025, 28.05.2025, 22.06.2025, 02.07.2025, 04.07.2025, 24.07.2025 and 29.07.2025 for producing the copy of the warning letter issued on 07.12.2016 to accountable manager of the 3rd respondent (C.T.E Central training Establishment) for the forgery committed in Airbus-320 training for the petitioner's training, and to produce the "Note sheet" prepared by the 2nd respondent for the petitioner's extension of Airbus-320 endorsement and give the provision of Rule(s) insofar of petitioner's training booklet copy can be made and fix and impose a monetary compensation accordingly to pilot's loss of license standard for the forgery committed by the 3rd respondent within a time frame before this Court thereafter the Court to fix a fair compensation for forgery. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the petitioner (Party-in-Person) seeks permission of this Court to work out his remedy before the concerned authority for appropriate compensation.
