ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for a further period of sixteen weeks from the date of the order of this Honble Court, which had granted extension to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the respondent, as directed by this Honble Court vide order dated 12.12.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to consider the prayer sought for by the petitioners favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of eight weeks, finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 23-02-2026 UMA
