Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the third respondent proceedings made in Ka.No.E.Va.Tho. Aa 3/118 dated 03.05.2004 and letter No.DB/F217/825/2004 dated 31.05.2004 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue to pay the NMR/Mazdoor Grade I daily wages to the members of the petitioner Association.

Today when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent clarification, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and hence the same may be closed.
