The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith change the category of the petitioner from "General" to "OBC" (Other Backward Class) in the petitioner's application No.250410275487, and Roll No.4109105376 for NEET (UG)-2025 and consequently permit her to participate in the (UG). Counselling for MBBS/BDS-2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsels appearing for respondents 4 & 5 and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 would submit that if the petitioner has uploaded her BC Community Certificate in the Portal for the State Admission, they will consider the petitioner under BC community reservation.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 3/6
