Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiaroified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.3462/2018/PD2 dt 29.7.19 and quash the same and direct the respondents to regularise the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant from 29.5.09 at par with his juniors who were selected and appointed by the 4th respondent in the recruitment of the year 2007 for Group-IV Services (special competitive examination) and further direct the respondents to notionally revise the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.
