This petition has been filed to relax the condition no.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.24602 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 24602 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the POCSO Court, Tiruvannamalai on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
