ORDER
This petition has been filed to restore the appeal which was dismissed for default against the third respondent on 05.01.2024.
2.The third respondent is the owner of the vehicle and for not taking steps, the appeal was dismissed for default against the third respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
