2. This Court, under order dated 13.01.2020, granted leave to the life convict Kumar @ Rajkumar S/o.Palanisamy (Prisoner No.15547), for a period of two weeks i.e. 21.01.2020 to 03.02.2020 and directed to take him back to prison on 03.02.2020 at 05.00 p.m.

3. Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the life convict was taken back to prison on expiry of leave granted to him.

The said submission is recorded.
