Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order of the IX Small Causes Judge, Chennai dated 18.10.2019 passed in R.C.A.Nos.627; 626; 624 and 625 of 2017 confirming the fair and decreetal order of the X Small Causes Judge dated 11.08.2017 in R.C.O.P.Nos.1, 4, 6 and 5 of 2016 respectively. C O M M O N O R D E R The present Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order of the learned IX Small Causes Judge, Chennai dated 18.10.2019 passed in R.C.A.Nos.627; 626; 624 and 625 of 2017 confirming the fair and decreetal order of the learned X Small Causes Judge dated 11.08.2017 in R.C.O.P.Nos.1, 4, 6 and 5 of 2016 respectively.
2. When the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions and has addressed a letter dated 09.02.2023 to the Registrar Judicial of this Court to withdraw the present petitions. In view of the submission and the letter dated 09.02.2023 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Revisions are hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
