2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 284 days in filing this present Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 15.12.2023 made in S.C.No.116 of 2019 passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Puducherry.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 284 days is condoned and this petition stands ordered.
