ORDER

The relief sought for in Tr.C.M.P.No.1252/2024 cannot be granted. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P. and he has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect.

3. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
