2. This bail application after signing of the order, it came to light that the learned counsel without approaching the Sessions Court had directly filed this bail application before this Court. When it is brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he sought for permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.

3. In view of the above, the Order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29692 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 stands recalled. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court.
