CR.NO.746 OF 2014 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modified the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15319 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.1933 of 2019 on 25.10.2019 the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, where the sessions case is pending and also on every hearing date till the disposal of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.STALIN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ARUL MOZHIMARAN Government Advocate [crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court by an order dated 25.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.15319 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.1933 of 2019 to appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, on all hearing dates till the disposal of the case.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

This Court while granting bail to the petitioner by an order dated 28.01.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1993 of 2019, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court viz., the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, in S.C.No. 1 of 2015, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further order. Thereafter, by an order dated 25.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.15319 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.1933 of 2019, this Court modified the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, on all hearing dates till the disposal of the above case. To modify the above said condition, the present petition has been filed. 4.

This Court does not find any merits in this petition to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
