Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's written representation dated 11.07.2025 and pass orders and regularize the petitioner's service from 03.09.2002 with all attended benefits within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for the relief of a mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's written representation dated 11.07.2025 and pass orders and regularize the petitioner's service from 03.09.2002 with all attended benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either sides and perused the records.

3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for in this writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2025.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2025, within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the case.

5. In view of the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
