JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by Justice D.Krishnakumar, J.) The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly stated that the respondents 1 and 2 no longer interested to pursue their application submitted for dealership under the appellant Corporation and therefore, prays that the order of the Writ Court may be set aside and the writ appeal may be disposed of.

2. In view of the above, the relief prayed as against the respondents 1 and 2 no longer requires further adjudication. Hence, the order of the Writ Court dated 23.09.2019 in W.P.No.20868 of 2010 is set aside. It is open to the appellant Corporation to proceed for selecting the dealership in accordance with the Retail Outlet Regulations.
