PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the First Respondent to dispose of Petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2017 for UDR patta corrections, based on Second Respondent report dated 26.02.2018.

ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Ravi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.G.K.Muthukumar, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 22.12.2017 made by the Petitioner for UDR Patta Corrections based on the report dated 26.02.2018 submitted by the Second Respondent. 3.

Today, it is informed by the Learned Counsel for the First Respondent that the aforesaid representation dated 22.12.2017 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by the First Respondent by order dated 23.01.2020 and copy of the same has been produced.

In view of the subsequent developments, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
