No.176 of 2011 passed by the VIII Court of Small Causes at Chennai confirming the Judgement and Decree dated 20.01.2011 in R.C.O.P.No.2091 of 2004 on the file of the XIII Court of Small Causes at Chennai, and consequently, dismiss the petition filed by the Respondent for eviction under section 14(1)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
