2. Having regard to the averments and the allegation against the proposed party, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and Mrs.M.Devaki is impleaded as the fourth respondent in the writ petition.
3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the writ petition after two weeks for filing of counter affidavit by the fourth respondent.
