Crl.M.P.No.16872 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26541 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.26541 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on all working days at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner had complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26541 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
