This petition is filed to substitute the present petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased appellant in the writ appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition stands ordered. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause-title.
