This petition is filed to condone the delay of 434 days in filing the above C.R.P.Sr.No.103064 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.K.Vinod, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 434 days in filing the above C.R.P.Sr.No.103064 of 2023 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission next week.
