This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct to the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's bank Account in Saving Account No.11430851734 in IFSC Code : SBIN0004879 of State Bank of India, Santhavasal Branch, Tiruvannamalai District/2nd respondent herein freezed by the first respondent police in Crime No.442 of 2024 and permit the petitioner to operate his account.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint in Crime No.442 of 2024, the first respondent/Police had freezed the account of the petitioner. He further submitted that investigation is not yet completed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in 2/4

the manner known to law.
