For Appellant : Mr.D.Senthilkumar For Respondent : Mr.M.Sathiavel for Mr.E.Prabhu C O M M O N J U D G M E N T [Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.] The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the appellant as one time settlement, he has handed over two Demand Drafts to the appellant, bearing Nos.612426 & 612427 dated 02.11.2022 for the value of Rs.10,00,000/- each, drawn on State Bank of India, Pallavaram Branch, in the name of his daughter and appellant/wife respectively and filed memo signed by the appellant and her counsel, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw both the appeals and made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will not claim any right over his daughter and made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle as well as in the memo. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and respondent, both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
