This writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to extend the time granted in the order dated 01.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.10591 of 2021 whereby the Respondent was directed to redo the proceedings, by a further period of 8 weeks from date of order of extension petition.

2. There is no objection from the learned counsel for the respondent with regard to the above prayer.

3. In view of the same, the time limit set out in W.P.No.10591 of 2021 dated 01.09.2023 is extended until 30.06.2024.
