Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 25.09.2018 for UDR patta corrections, based on 2nd respondent report dated 02.06.2019. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 25.09.2018 for UDR patta corrections, based on the second respondent report dated 02.06.2019.

2.The case of petitioner is that Mittathinna halli Village S.No.128/9 an extent of property 0.74.0 agriculture property belongs to her father-in-law Settiyappa chetty and all the revenue records shows that name of the Settiyappa chetty, thereafter one of the portions 89 cents got Alumalu by way Sale Deed Document No.1217/1988 from her father-in-law Settiyappa chetty.

3.According to the petitioner, in the above property Alumalu sold 50 cents to the Raman, thereafter again Raman sold back 50 cents to Alamalu, but in UDR patta shows includes Mohan without any document in their 0.93 cents land, but patta remains the legal heirs Settiyappa chetty in the above Survey Number. 4.The Petitioner submits that after representation to the first respondent, he sought a report from the second respondent in UDR patta corrections, thereafter the second respondent sent a report to the first respondent on 14.12.2018 and 02.06.2019. 5.The petitioner further submits that she filed an appeal to the first respondent for patta corrections on 25.09.2018, the first respondent has not take any action till date. 6.The petitioner has no other remedy except to approach this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the writ petition filed.

7.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

8.In the above facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 25.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders based on the second respondent report dated 02.06.2019 in accordance law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
