ORDER

The Transfer CMP has been filed by the petitioner, who is facing proceedings in HMOP.No.1916 of 2023 before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, for dissolution of the marriage. 2.Despite service of notice in the above transfer petition, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. The respondent is called and set ex-parte. Hence, I have proceeded to hear 1/4

Ms.G.Pavatharani, learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also gone through averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition.

3.It is seen that the petitioner is a resident of Paramakudi and she is unable to travel to Coimbatore to attend the proceedings. The petitioner has a girl child aged 1 1⁄2 years. Therefore, she expresses her genuine grievances and inconveniences to attend the proceedings at the Family Court, Coimbatore. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out good ground for seeking transfer of the proceedings.

4.In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.1916 of 2023 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Paramakudi. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 17.06.2025 Speaking/Non-speaking : Yes/No Index : Yes / No ata 2/4
