ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the learned Second Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai to dispose of the case in M.C.No.593 of 2015 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the first petitioner is the wife and the second petitioner is the daughter of the respondent and they have filed M.C.No.593 of 2015 on the file of the Second Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai under Section 125 of Cr.P.C seeking maintenance. She further submitted in that case, the P.W.1 has filed proof affidavit in the month of August 2016 and thereafter, no progress has been made and hence, he requests to direct the concerned Court to dispose of the aforesaid case at early.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the trial Court Judge is directed to expedite the trial in M.C.No.593 of 2015 and dispose of the same within the period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
