ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7681 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, by conducting enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter party, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry on the petitioner's representation and passed an order by the proceedings dated 28.10.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 28.10.2025, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
