O R D E R

The dispute in the Contempt Petition is with regard to the right of access to the petitioners' workers over the 12 feet pathway mentioned in the plan annexed to the order passed in S.A.No.803 of 2022, dated 09.05.2023.

2. The order only says that the respondent herein shall provide access to the petitioners over the 12 feet pathway mentioned in the plan annexed with the order. The grievance of the petitioners is that the workers of the petitioners are not allowed to use the pathway. In the absence of any specific mention about the right of the petitioners' workers to have access through the 12 feet pathway, this Court is not inclined to entertain the contempt petition, if at all it is for the petitioners to seek clarification of the order, dated 09.05.2023.
