When the contempt petition is taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and final order has been passed in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3621/2025/Aa1, dated 08.11.2025. The copy of the order passed by the respondent has also been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, the direction issued in the main writ petition has been complied with and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
