ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 03.03.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.680 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to consider the

representation of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order by the proceeding dated 30.09.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.09.2025, before this Court. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
