The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.212 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif at Gingee.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long she requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned Additional District Munsif (FAC) at Gingee had submitted a report stating that she has taken full additional charge of Principal District Munsif, Additional District Munsif Courts at Gingee and Additional District Munsif at Tindivanam. The report further states that O.S.No.212 of 2021 is at the stage of framing of issues and therefore, she requests six months time to dispose of the said suit. 4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif (FAC) at Gingee to dispose of O.S.No.212 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. No costs. 2/4
