O R D E R
The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of DVC.No.44 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court at Alandur.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 18.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Additional Mahila Judge to state as to how long she requires to dispose of DVC.No.44 of 2022.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Judge, Alandur has sent a report stating that the husband has filed Crl.M.P.No.1095 of 2024. A counter has been filed on 24.12.2024. The said Crl.M.P. was posted for enquiry on 21.01.2025. The report further states that the learned Judge would dispose of the DVC at the earliest.
4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Judge at Alandur to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1095 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 2/4
dispose of DVC No.44 of 2022 within a period of three months thereafter.
