The petitioner/A2 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.447 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 3(2)(a) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. 2.

It is stated that A1 is the owner of the prostitution business and he has been arrested and granted bail. However, this petitioner, who is a broker, is involved in luring women to flesh trade. 3.
