It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that after enquiry, the FIR in Crime No.272 of 2023 registered under Sections 294(b) and 354 IPC had been closed as "mistake of facts".

2. He also stated that R.C.S. notice also had been served on the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
