This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 378 days in filing the civil revision petition.

2. Mr.A.Anandan, Learned counsel entered appearance for respondents 3 & 4 and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

3. Despite serving notice to respondents 1 and 2 and printing their names in the cause list, there is no representation for them.

4. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 378 days in filing the revision petition is condoned.
