The learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent submits that the dispute between the parties have been settled out of Court and they have signed a Joint Memo of Compromise today. A signed copy of the Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed in the open Court. 2.In view of the Joint Memo of Compromise, the proceedings before this Court in O.A.No.1044 of 2023 stands terminated. This Application is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise. Copy of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed before this Court will form part of the order of this Court.
