Respondent in both Writ Petitions Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from preventing the petitioners from taking water from their well situated in S.F.Nos. 209/1F and 191/3 of Sukkampalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, and transporting the water through the lorries to their Dyeing Factories situated at M/s.Sinthu Textile Process, S.No.49/3, Sinthu Garden, Karaipudur, Arulpuram Post, Tiruppur-641 605, Coimbatore District and M/s.Senthil Dyeing, Karaipudur Pirivu, Palladam Road, Chinnakarai, Tiruppur-5, Coimbatore District respectively, without following due process of law.

For Petitioners : Mr.V.Elangovan in both WPs.

For Respondent : Mr.R.S.Selvam in both WPs.
