Maya 2.Notice had been directed and the counsel, had also entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondents that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition are flimsy in nature. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the order was passed in November 2024 and there was a marriage in the family of the appellant, which prevailed over the appellant, and hence, he could not concentrate on filing the appeal. The respondent had filed the caveat earlier. However, we would hear the respondents, while considering the application seeking stay in the appeal. There is no stay on the delay.

4. Registry to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. However, when the appeal is numbered and posted before the Court for admission along with petition, if any, seeking interim orders, print the name of Mr.C.Franco Louis as counsel for the respondents in the cause-list.
