ORDER

Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP.No.34646 of 2023 is closed.

3.
