ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction, directing the second respondent to investigate and file final report against the accused in Crime No.348 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent Police station within a suitable time limit.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation in Crime No.348 of 2016, the second respondent has referred the matter as "mistake of fact" and to that effect already filed a report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam vide F.R.No.367 of 2017 dated 15.07.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the filing of the referred charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned

Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the second respondent is direct to send one more intimation to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the filing of the referred charge sheet within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
